The government in the UK tell us we are coming out of a worldwide recession. While in the long term this is good news, it is not comforting for home owners who need to sell quickly. Prices in the housing market in many areas are still heading down.
The housing market in areas such as the West Midlands is stagnant, and qualified agents – normally the most optimistic of people – say that the situation may not improve significantly for two years or more.
Finding a buyer when you are desperate to sell can seem a long and frustrating process.
